How it's calculated

Each class spends the training weeks off the floor (0% productive), then nesting and floor weeks at the speeds you enter. Attrition in training and nesting is spread evenly over those weeks; after that, monthly attrition applies. Effective FTE = current team (shrinking at its own attrition rate) + every new hire × their speed that week.
