How to fill this in
  1. One row per interval, and per queue if you have several.
  2. Required: date (YYYY-MM-DD), interval_start (24-hour HH:MM, e.g. 08:30) and offered.
  3. Optional: handled, abandoned, aht_sec (average handle time per contact, seconds or m:ss), asa_sec, queue and channel (voice or chat).
  4. 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals. Leave empty intervals out or put 0 in offered.
  5. Already have an export? Skip the template: most column names (Calls Offered, nOffered, Answered, Avg Handle Time, Abandons, Skill…) are recognized, and you can map the rest.
