Interval detail

Estimates based on queueing models (Erlang C/A) with simplifying assumptions (Poisson arrivals, exponential handle and patience times). Interval agents are summed as if every interval could be staffed exactly; real schedules need a little more. Not a guarantee of service level; validate against your own data.
