How it works

How does supporting on Patreon work?

Join the Fratz WFM tier (or All Access) on Patreon. Then come back to Fratz WFM and click Log in with Patreon. Patreon confirms your tier and its features unlock in that browser. On another device, just log in with Patreon there too.

Who handles billing, receipts, cancellation and refunds?

Patreon does. Payments, receipts, sales tax and VAT, changing tiers, cancelling and refunds are all handled on Patreon under Patreon's policies. Memberships are billed and refunded by Patreon under its own policies. To change or cancel, use your Patreon memberships page.

Which tier do I need?

Fratz WFM ($6.99/month) unlocks every Fratz WFM feature for teams up to 15 agents. Fratz QA ($9.99/month) is the QA tool only. All Access ($19.99/month) unlocks both, the All Access-only tools, and removes the 15-agent limit. You're in one tier at a time; switch tiers on Patreon.

What does Fratz WFM see about me?

Only what Patreon shares when you log in: your Patreon user ID, first name, membership tier and whether the membership is active. We don't receive your email address or card details, and we don't keep a database of supporters. A secure, encrypted cookie in your browser keeps you logged in for about 30 days.

Does supporting mean my data is uploaded?

No. All calculations, imports and scenarios stay in your browser. See the privacy page.

I joined but it still says I'm not a member

Patreon can take a minute to confirm a new membership. Log out, then log in with Patreon again. Make sure you log in with the same Patreon account you joined with. Still stuck? Email CONTACT_EMAIL_TBD.
